Must get in shape for soccer so it’s back to tabata protocol, the most efficient aerobic/anaerobic exercise I have found that I can actually be motivated to do (it’s such a short amount of time). Tried it with non-pushup burpees tonight. Managed to eek out at least 6 each of the 8 rounds. Not bad. Was huffing and puffing and it felt good. These aren’t really sport specific enough though. I’m gonna have to get outside and do this with sprints.
