This week I’ve done a little taijiquan, a little yoga, a little bjj, a little bit of zhan zhuang. An ok week. Surprisingly, I think I enjoyed the yoga the most. My joints and muscles felt a lot better afterwards and that feeling lasted through the next day. If I could do that 3x a week it’d be great. I can’t really do a routine on my own at the moment. That should probably be my goal. That would help me with all my other miscellaneous goals.
