I’m getting more interested in the similarity of yoga and qigong. It’s interesting that some of the concepts are very similar but don’t quite match up. For example, there are seven chakras that seem to have some relationship to the 3 main dantians.

Training with John Machado. Dan is apparently 71 and a Machado BJJ black belt in this video. Geez! Talk about mastering all ranges. Look at how well he moves at age 71.

More of the same kind of demo. The teacher is a student of Dan Inosanto. These guys look smooth no matter whether they’re working sticks, knives, empty hand or takedowns.
